Each of our consultants receives a total of around 20 days high quality work-based training each year that kicks-off with a three-phase induction followed by sales techniques and performance management training. Many of our consultants go on to take a management training course and receive individual mentoring and coaching along the way.

We offer holidays on accrual, team social budgets, a structured social events calendar and a two-day employee voluntary scheme, giving all our consultants the chance to contribute time to a worthy cause.
 
On top of basic salaries we operate an attractive team-based commission, which helps ensure we deal honestly with all clients while still promoting personal development and achievement among our staff.
 
You will concentrate on building relationships with clients and getting to know their company culture and industry while focussing on sales, business development and winning business from both new and existing clients.
