At Morgan Hunt a core part of our vision is to use our position to help the wider community and ensure we operate as an ethically sound and responsible organisation. We have implemented a comprehensive and robust Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme that ensures we are tackling our responsibility from all angles.
Nationally recognised
We are nationally recognised for our CSR strategy demonstrating the same passion and pride in our role and responsibility as a corporate citizen as we do with our core competency of recruitment.
Charity partners
Not only do we invest both hard cash and resources into fundraising but we also more laterally support our key charity partners, the Dame Kelly Holmes Legacy Trust and St. Andrews Clinic for Children, through use of our business skills to help their growth and development.
Mentoring and work experience
Many of our CSR initiatives directly harness our recruitment expertise. These include mentoring schemes for young people with behavioural problems and disadvantaged backgrounds and ‘back-to-work’ CV-writing and interview courses for NEET (not in employment, education or training) young people, which we deliver for both the DKH Legacy Trust and our own clients. We also provide work experience for the young people enrolled on the DKH Legacy Trust Get on Track programme to help them develop valuable transferrable skills and gain experience in a corporate environment.
At Morgan Hunt we believe the recruitment industry has a responsibility to help young people secure work placements and employment and that’s why we’re using our position to help them fulfil their potential and start building their careers.
Working in partnership with clients
As part of our CSR plan we’re focused on achieving results, innovating and working in partnership with our clients to help them meet their own organisational objectives.
Our employees are 100% committed to our CSR strategy and are personally invested and engaged with our CSR programme.
