Some of our initiatives

 

Salary sacrifice – we have adopted the Pennies from Heaven Scheme where 65% of all staff donate the odd pence from their salaries which go to our charities. We are also promoting the scheme to our 2,000 temps and encouraging them to donate.

Work experience – we have opened our doors to new college graduates, NEET’S (Not in Education, Employment or Training) and some service users to spend time with teams at Morgan Hunt, so that they can gain an insight into the professional working world.

Charity Week – An annual charity week whereby we encourage our staff to do fun things to raise money for one of our chosen charities generally generates over £50,000.
