Employee Voluntary Scheme

We offer a yearly employee voluntary scheme open to all our staff. The scheme allows our employees to take two days per annum off work to help on a range of voluntary projects from conservation, to developing young people’s skills, as well as helping to get the unemployed back into work. The schemes give many charities the opportunity to receive valued help and support from our staff.

We have enjoyed collaborating with high profile positive role models such as Robin Gibb at The Outward Bound Trust and The Dame Kelly Holmes Legacy Trust. Our work with a number of national causes has ranged from; organising football matches for the disadvantaged, providing CV writing courses, helping refugees into employment, improving nature reserves and redecorating the homes of vulnerable London residents. With around 79% uptake, the employee voluntary scheme equates to around 1,428 hours of volunteering per year.
