The search industry can be interesting, lucrative and good fun. It offers opportunities to those who want to be involved in financial markets but are either fed up with, or were never interested in, the politics and pressure that can go with working for a bank or other financial institution. You must be creative, hard working, determined, organised, good with people and unafraid of selling. Previous experience in the financial sector is an advantage but is not essential.
