Morgan Hunt works in conjunction with Enfield Education Business Partnership to support Work Related Learning for 14-19 year olds

As part of Morgan Hunt’s CSR programme, they have teamed up with Enfield Education Business Partnership to help maximise career development opportunities for those still in education.
The partnership with Morgan Hunt and Enfield EBP has resulted in a series of workshops on interview skills and also professional 1 to 1 interviews for Enfield students. Morgan Hunt professionally delivers the workshops which are designed to improve motivation and confidence, personal effectiveness and provide a range of opportunities to gain vocational knowledge, skills and understanding. There is a focus on CV preparation, job search techniques, and interview training.
The workshops develop the student’s employability skills and help them become ready for the world of work.
So far, a series of sessions have been completed at Kingsmead School in Enfield and further are planned at St Annes, and Highlands Schools within the next few weeks.
Maxine Read, from Enfield Education Business Partnership comments, “We carried out research and found that several gains were made from the students involvement in the training, including increased self-confidence, improved communication skills, interview techniques, and better team working skills. Pupils also felt more knowledgeable on how to find the right job and what employers are looking for.”
