Prior joining Morgan Hunt in November 2005, Matvey was a Director in IM Russia Partner /Intermatrix - a British-Russian strategy consulting company. Matvey also worked for Accenture and has more then 8 years consulting experience working for multinational and Russian companies. Matvey holds Master degree from the Institute of Asian and African Studies, Moscow State University.
Elena Ivanova, Director Industry, Moscow
Elena joined Morgan Hunt in 2008 from Prodo Croup where she performed as Group HR Director with the overall responsibility for HR and Organizational development strategy for the holding. Before PRODO over 7 years she worked for The Coca-Cola Company as HR Manager & Regional HR Director responsible for local regional HR strategy and plans for Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. Prior to Coca-Cola Elena was Sr. Consultant with Antal International, focused on IT/Telecom industry.
Marina Stepanova, Senior Consultant
Marina is the leading consultant in pharmaceutical, FMCG and manufacturing areas. Before joining Morgan Hunt in 2002, she worked for Antal International for 5 years. Marina is a graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
Marina Zaborskaya, Senior Consultant
Marina joined us in 2001 after several years with Russian Bank of Reconstruction and Development. She specializes in investment banking, private equity, legal and real estate. Marina has a degree in psychology.
