Olga Selivanova-Shoff, Chairman, London-Moscow
Olga is the chairman of Morgan Hunt Executive Search and has general responsibility for the Russian business. She joined Morgan Hunt from the management consulting practice of Pricewaterhouse in Moscow. She has worked on a number of high profile search assignments for senior executives for Western and Russian banks and for Russian financial groups in Russia and the CIS. She is exceptionally well connected within the Russian business community. Olga holds a Masters degree from the Moscow State University and a PhD in economics.
Rupert Fordham, Director, London
Rupert co-founded Morgan Hunt after a seven year career in investment banking, with JP Morgan and West LB. He previously worked in the futures industry. His contacts and experience has helped build the firm's activities in executive search, emerging markets and elsewhere. As a Director of Morgan Hunt Executive Search he is involved in developing client relationships and setting the strategy for the business. He has a degree in English Literature from Trinity College, Cambridge.
Jeremy Lyon-Lee, Managing Director, London
Jeremy has the day-to-day responsibility for managing our London based headhunting business, overseeing a team of 11 professionals. He also has responsibility for implementing the growth strategy in emerging markets. Jeremy has 10 years experience in financial sector search and has been with Morgan Hunt since 2000. He has built Morgan Hunt’s business in all our specialist areas with investment banks and hedge funds in the UK and Europe. His own focus is mainly in distressed debt. He has a degree in business and psychology from Leeds University.
Anna Orchard, Director, Dubai
Anna has over 10 years experience with Morgan Hunt and is responsible for our business in Dubai. She previously ran our emerging markets business in London and has a specialist knowledge of the fixed income markets, completing numerous mandates for leading clients throughout the EEMEA region.
Hugh Woods Ballard, Group CFO, London
Hugh joined Morgan Hunt in early 2003 and since that time has been an integral part of building the group. Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in the mid 90's he has worked at a number of companies in senior finance positions, including Experian, the credit ratings agency. In addition, he has experience in start up and growth phase businesses and in providing the necessary finance to achieve strategic goals. He has a Masters in Accountancy from Aberdeen University.
