About Us

Our mission statement “Delivering excellence to individuals, businesses and communities” forms the foundation of everything we do and can be seen throughout our history. We are a multi award winning cross sector recruitment specialist and primarily act on a contingency basis placing temporary, fixed term contract and permanent workers. We were established in 2001 and aspired to be the UK’s best public sector recruiter. By 2006, we had gone a long way towards achieving this aim and were awarded the Best Public Sector Recruitment Agency at the Recruiter Awards. Our continued commitment to excellence meant that went on to win this again in 2007, 2009 and 2010 as well as other awards for our CSR strategy, back office processes and the achievements of some of our key individuals.

Our commitment to delivering excellent services that offer value for money have meant that we have been awarded places on a number of high profile recruitment frameworks including Buying Solutions, Crescent Purchasing Consortium and Senior Civil Service. We also have preferential agreements with over 250 organisations from across our client groups ranging from Colas Rail to Turning Point to Serco. These relationships include Preferred, Approved and Support Supplier status as well as bespoke arrangements for individual campaigns and advertising.

One of the secrets to our success has been our ability to react quickly to changing market conditions. Recent years have seen an increase in partnership working between the public and private sectors which has helped to drive the business forward and has naturally led us to diversify into the private sector. Today key clients now include banks, professional service organisations, private healthcare providers and service providers.

Over the next five years we expect to double the size of the company both in terms of turnover and staff. We know that this will be challenging and so we have a number of strategies to achieve this growth including differentiating ourselves through the use of cutting edge technology, ensuring that the personal development of all our staff is second to none and consolidating our position as a first class private sector provider.

The UK business is complemented by the wider Morgan Hunt Group which includes search and selection and contingency recruiters for commercial and professional workers based in Russia and Eastern Europe.
