Modern apprenticeships are seen increasingly as a viable alternative to higher education, as a way of finding skilled employment. A modern apprenticeship allows the apprentice to earn money and gain a qualification whilst learning 'on the job' skills. Government policy to increase apprenticeship funding for young people and adults shows its commitment to this method of learning and raising skill levels.

Morgan Hunt has a nationwide team of highly skilled assessor-trainers that deliver the modern apprenticeships including the NVQ, technical certificate and key/functional skills elements of the qualification.
