As the emphasis and funding have shifted from the more traditional NVQ and Train to Gain methodology we have worked to ensure that we have a highly skilled and vocationally competent team of assessor-trainers to deliver in a range disciplines.

We have also delivered different payment models to suit colleges’ requirements - either hourly paid or payment following the funding model. The second method places emphasis upon timely completion of the qualification.

Tower Hamlets College, South Thames College, Lewisham College, City of Westminster College, South Staffordshire College, West Kent College, Bury College are all among our clients.

We have filled vacancies for assessor - trainers in various disciplines including health, library information services, business administration, customer services, management, team leading and construction.

We have also supplied successful candidates for positions as head of training delivery and apprenticeships coordinator.
