The Morgan Hunt Education team has been recruiting into Further Educations Colleges for more than five years. In this time we have filled roles across all curriculum areas nationally, and supported volume and bespoke recruitment needs. To complement our award winning recruitment service we also have many preferred and sole supplier arrangements, managing entire colleges’ recruitment needs.

We have filled a variety of lecturing posts across the following curriculum areas: accounting, ICT, carpentry, drama & dance, electrical installation, ESOL, skills for life (literacy and numeracy), sports, plumbing and gas, science, functional skills, catering, music, painting and decorating, refrigeration and air conditioning, and business studies.

In 2010 Morgan Hunt ran recruitment days at Bolton College, generating local candidates in preparation for the September and October recruitment period within further education. This campaign resulted in the successful placement of 38 lecturers over two months and the generation of a strong local candidate pool for future recruitment needs within the college.
