Details: We are currently in need of Academy Council Tax Customer service Officers. Are you looking to work with a friendly team? Are you looking for a new challenge offering excellent pay rates?

The position will require candidates to have experience of confidently dealing with all aspects of revenues enquiries over the phone and face to face.
Experience of working with discounts, moves exemptions is vital. Experience of amending accounts accordingly, setting up, closing and updating council tax accounts.
