Details: Are you an experienced Council tax Customer Service officer looking to work for a busy local authority?

The main duties will include dealing with enquiries from members of the public on all Council Tax issues, in accordance with Government legislation, Data Protection Act and Council policies.
Processing Online computer amendments to Council Tax records, working to office
deadlines, with a comprehensive knowledge of Academy systems.

Experience of dealing with members of the public is essential along with knowledge of council tax legislation. Use of the Academy system is preferred.
