A busy Borough is looking to recruit an experienced Revenues and Benefits Customer Service Officer to join their vibrant and fast paced Customer Service Team

The skills and experience required for this role are outlined below:
* Excellent understanding of Housing Benefit and Council Tax legislation.
* Experience of working within a customer-focused front-line service, in the public sector.
* Good telephone and communication skills for a broad range of audiences
* The ability to deliver high quality, customer focused, value for money services.
* Proficient in the use of IWORLD (Version 5 or 6)
