Details: One of Morgan Hunt's prestigious clients has an opportunity for an experienced Housing Officer to start immediately covering an area in the Greater Manchester area, likely to last 4 weeks

The role will involve on a day to day basis:

* Attending Evictions
* Dealing with complaints of Anti social behaviour
* Issuing diary sheets and gathering evidence/record keeping;
* General Enquiries
* Low level Rents enquiries
* Attending estate walkabouts and arranging follow up work
* Customer Care Visits
* Tenancy Check Meetings

As this position is an urgent requirement candidates must have at least 2 years Housing management experience and be immediately available for a start
