Details: A busy London Borough is looking to recruit an experienced Revenues and Benefits Customer Service Officer to join their Customer Service Team.

The skills and experience required for this role are outlined below:
- Experience of working in Housing Benefits and Council Tax is essential.
- Excellent understanding of Housing Benefit and Council Tax legislation.
- Experience of working within a customer-focused front-line service, in the public sector.
- The ability to deliver high quality, customer focused, value for money services.
- Good communication skills (orally and in writing) for a broad range of audiences.
- Sound problem-solving skills, and ability to quickly evaluate situations and initiate appropriate actions.
