Details: The role of an M&E Contracts manager involves:

Looking after the mechanical and electrical contracts, mainly being, Rising lateral mains contracts, fire safety contracts and lift contracts.

Ideally you should have already had experience dealing with these types of contracts within a public sector organisation before.

Coming off the tools and engineering background is an advantage, be it from a mechanical or electrical background.

Keeping works, installation and maintenance, on time and within budget.

Signing off works completed by the contractor and being able to check the quality of the work.

Salary: £21 to 25 p.h.
