Job: NHS Year End Financial Accountant

Details: NHS Year End Financial Accountants required to join high profile NHS organisation in London and surrounding areas. With proven NHS Year End experience you will be required to come in as an interim and help the Trust through a successful year-end process.

Duties include:
Preparing year end financial accounts
Reconciling and analysing balance sheet accounts and liabilities
Liaising with clients, auditors, internal hospital stakeholders
Preparing audit schedules with relevant supporting notes
Stock taking reconciliation reports and analysis
Reviewing general ledger accounts and recording depreciation of fixed assets
Reviewing tax liabilities to insure they coincide with quarterly reports
Assisting where necessary with any ad hoc tasks or duties when assigned
Overcoming a learning curve that requires an understanding of the complex structure of the business
Completing laborious tasks with the determination to meet deadline

**You must have NHS Year End experience in order to apply for this role. Ideally this will have been the 2009 Year End, and you must be immediately available to start or on 1 weeks notice maximum**
