Details: My client a housing association based in London is looking to recruit a Quality Review Scheme Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a newly created team on a brand new project.

You will be:
Increasing the participation of service users and carers in service monitoring
and development in older peoples' residential / nursing home services

Developing sensitive, high quality, measurable methods of gaining service user and family/ carer feedback and satisfaction with services

Producing and disseminating regular reports on reviews of nursing and care
homes for care home managers and commissioning agencies

Piloting the project with a view to enabling an evaluation of the efficacy of its
methods and the usefulness of its outputs to service providers and
commissioners

You will have:

Professionally qualified in a caring profession and/ or a graduate (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, such as a health or a social science

Substantial experience of working on evaluations, research projects, clinical audits or similar

Experience of working with people with cognitive impairment (e.g. dementia) in a paid or voluntary capacity, or having had considerable personal experience of caring for an adult with severe cognitive impairment

Line management experience

Experience of liaising, negotiating and networking and / or partnership working at a high level
