Details: My client, a leading Housing provider in Greater Manchester currently require a Tenant Participation Officer on an interim basis, likely to last until the end of March in of one their area offices in Oldham

The main duties will include;-

* Actively taking part in customer meetings, including TRA's, Forums, customer events etc.
* Working closely with the Tenant Participation Officer to increase customer involvement
* Encouraging initiatives that will promote prevention of Anti Social Behaviour within the Neighbourhood
* Involving and engaging customers to shape and influence the management of their homes and their neighbourhood.
* Positively promoting the customer involvement options available.
