Details: Are you an experienced Visiting Officer? With experience working with the public to advise on Benefit claims?

We currently require a Visiting Officer to work with clients in the community to provide them with informative and in depth benefit advice. You will require a car for this role and a full enhanced CRB.
It is vital for candidates to be able to advise on all issues relating to Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit and entitlement to other welfare benefits. To do so in line with Data Protection Act, Confidentiality Rules, Government Regulations and Council Policies and anti fraud initiatives.
