Luke is the Education Strategy Director at Morgan Hunt He is the longest serving member of our market leading education division, having been with Morgan Hunt since 2008. As a result, he has in-depth knowledge of the education sector which reflects in the exceptional service that his teams offer.

Luke leads our national education recruitment, including Leadership & Management, Lecturing, Learning Support, SEN, Apprenticeships and Work Based Learning recruitment. His expertise and commitment to our clients and candidates ensures that we provide the best solutions for them.

Reece Turner

Reece is an expert at sourcing and recruiting senior leadership and management for Further Education and Sixth Form Colleges. Since joining Morgan Hunt in 2016 he has gained a wealth of knowledge of sourcing talented leaders in these areas and provides a dedicated service to his partners.

Reece has led successful retained and contingent recruitment campaigns for numerous colleges in the UK. As a result, he has a comprehensive network of tier 1 and tier 2 level contacts throughout the sector.
