3rd Party Management Analyst

Up to £350000 per annum

Job description

Morgan Hunt are working with a leading organisation who require a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to manage 3rd party suppliers, all technical aspects related to this. This is an initial 6-month fixed term contract, with a salary of £35,000 Excellent Benefits & Pension

This organisation is very well known across Scotland.


  • Liaise extensively with stakeholders, 3rd party suppliers & all members of the IT team at various levels.
  • Work with application 3rd party vendor management & end users to drive through problem resolution
  • Collaborate with functional teams to maintain efficiency and achieve successful implementation of changes to applications
  • Manage allocation and implementation of tasks and aid into project plan development
  • Monitor applications for compliance to IT standards and policies
  • Creation of Change Requests for all applications
  • Attendance at Change Board to seek approval for requested Change Controls as required.
  • End to end management of technical Change Control implementation
  • Investigate user problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions
  • Record, track, correspond, and document resolution of user problems by means of problem management
  • Analysis and gathering of business requirements and definition of functional changes to applications
  • Contribute to the technical and business suitability of proposed requirements with relevant IT review boards, 3rd party developers and other relevant team members and provide recommendations
  • Planning and working flexibly to a deadline
  • Support transition of projects/changes into BAU support
  • Keep up to date with technical and industry developments


  • Very flexible on background, however candidates need to have worked in a role with senior stakeholders
