Accommodation Advisor
3 months contract likely to be extended
Start date - ASAP
London
£14.33 per hour holiday pay
36.50 hours and Working pattern - 5 out 6 days during term-time and 5 out of 7 during the summer. Shifts 8:00-16:00 or 11:00-19:00
Morgan Hunt are working with a with one of the leading largest University's in the UK who are seeking an accommodation advisor join them on a 3 month basis. You will be providing front of house service as well as various administration duties.
Main Duties:
As an accommodation advisor you will be responsible for the below:
- Managing related queries and issues as well as escalating matter to relevant department when needed and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Welcoming visitors, logging maintenance work and assisting with key access and replacement.
- Recording resident payments, check-in and checkout and raising purchase orders.
- Implementing Health and Safety policies as well as attending training sessions.
Requirements:
As an accommodation advisor you must have the below:
- Proven experience of working in a accommodation advisor, service desk or help desk role.
- Previous experience of working in an accommodation or facilities role.
- Knowledge of working within the education sector.
- Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
