Morgan Hunt are partnering with a prestigious employer based in North East Fife to recruit for a permanent Administrator.

This permanent role offers hybrid working over Monday to Friday with working hours 9-5 and a competitive salary.

You will be based within the day-to-day Operations Team and will be required to provide quality administrative support to the wider business. Main duties will include:

  • Maintain the department Mailbox and respond to queries
  • Liaise with third parties on a daily basis to represent the company
  • Assist with preparing and distributing correspondence
  • Updating and maintain Excel spreadsheets
  • Processing application paperwork and keep on track of the progress and updates
  • Assist the department with process improvements

To be considered for this position you must be a confident Administrator with experience in a busy office. You will have a professional work ethic and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work with Excel and Word daily and be a supportive team player.

Due to location own transport is preferred but not essential.
