Client

My client is a leading regulator based in London. They are looking for a Business Analyst to come in and join their small, agile team in supporting the identification, development and implementation of changes to business systems and processes (MS Dynamics Project).

Your Role -

  • Responsible for management of projects, including tracking and reporting progress, identification of resources and skills required, monitoring budget, implementation of proportionate project controls and making recommendations regarding changes to specification, budget and schedules.
  • Work closely with team members & other teams to prioritise deliverables, identify dependencies and ensure that any risks and issues relating to the project delivery are identified and recommend action to lessen these risks, escalating any issues to key stakeholders.
  • Use experience and business process/re-engineering skills to work with managers, business leads and other stakeholders to document and evaluate business processes, systems and workflows, providing advice and constructive challenge to identify potential improvements and efficiencies, and to help drive forward the implementation of improvement plans.
  • Support an increased organisational capability to measure the impact and benefits of business change, using relevant data in a curious, confident and capable way.

What you need to be successful -

  • experience of implementing teams from a design and training perspective.
  • CRM experience (MS Dynamics).
  • Demonstrative experience in managing projects to time, cost and quality
  • Project management course certified e.g. Prince2, Agile etc. As well as experiencing in applying and adapting these methodologies, processes and practices
  • Ability to produce business and functional requirements, ideally including the production and support of test plans.
  • Able to prioritise tasks, work within deadlines, taking a pragmatic and considered approach to work, whilst paying close attention to detail.
