Morgan Hunt are working with a brilliant Charity who provide essential support and advice to Carers across South West London. We are currently looking to recruit a temporary Carers Needs Assessor.
Providing information, help and advice to unpaid Carers across Merton and South West London, the independent Charity is looking for an assessor for a 35 hour role for approximately 3 months. There is the option for hybrid working and full time working from home, depending on your preference.
You will be the first point of contact for unpaid carers, providing key information and advice along. You will carry out initial assessments to ascertain emotional, financial and other support needs of the carer.
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of issues faced by carers and at least two years experience in the social care sector.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with experience managing their own caseload.
