Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Caretaker on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Essex for a FE College or University.
Main Duties
- Setting the priorities for maintenance and repairs
- Carrying out basic repairs
- Managing access to the premises and maintaining security
- Cleaning or supervising cleaning
- Planning site use and development
- Daily operation of CCTV and fire alarm systems including weekly fire tests, drills and evacuations.
- Providing a goods inwards/outwards service.
- Support washroom facilities when required including replenishment of roller towels.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Must already have DBS check completed
Pay rate: £14 per hour
