Compensation & Benefits Specialist - Leading Charity - Flexible location

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join a leading charity and work on some exciting projects.

Reporting in to the People Director you will be responsible for supporting the HR Transformation programme with a range of compensation, benefits and employee experience initiatives. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Supporting the HR Leadership team with the delivery of a new compensation framework including job family design and modelling
  • Preparing and submitting data for compensation and HR data surveys, including salary benchmarking and D&I indexing
  • Delivering the annual pay award process
  • Delivering gender and ethnicity pay reporting and monitoring compliance with their commitment to the Real Living Wage
  • Managing the employee benefits platform
  • Monitoring of external trends and regulatory developments
  • Working alongside Employee Experience and Wellbeing to develop an engaging, new employee value proposition.

You should be an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist with a track record of managing projects including new pay and grading implementation and gender pay gap reporting. Excellent stakeholder management skills needs to be combined with an ability to work autonomously and a solid understanding of employee benefits.
