Compliance Case Manager

Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Compliance Case Manager on a temporary basis for a period of 9 months. The position will be based in Glasgow with 1 day per week required to be in office- the rest can be worked from home. The hours of work are Mon-Fri and the working week is 37.5 hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Case Management
• Contributing to compliance or enforcement activity in relation to energy suppliers, scheme participants and other regulated companies, producing high quality, timely, and robust analysis of potential issues
• Making evidence-based recommendations: identifying & escalating key issues as well as assisting in the management of risk.
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document intelligence on compliance to inform casework, including engaging with whistle-blowers when relevant.

Essential Criteria:

• Case work required
• Good time management skills ability to juggle work load
• Read Tech sheets and analysis of said
• Possible engineering background / or Geography
• Standard IT Skills
• Able to interrogate evidence.
