Morgan Hunt is looking for a temporary Customer Service & Office Manager for our clients in Brixton. This is a hybrid role with the main office based in Brixton. Although this role is initially on a 6 month contract, they will be looking to hire someone on a permanent basis

Job Title- Customer Service & Office Manager

Location- Brixton

Salary- £19-£23 per hour PAYE, Permanent salary of £35,000 per year

Contract- Temporary(6 months), possibility to go permanent

Start Date- As soon as possible

Responsibilities for Customer Service & Office Manager

  • Responsible for managing and coordinating a front office Customer Service Team with the aim of delivering an excellent Customer Service to internal & external customers.
  • To support the Estate Director in reporting to and servicing the Board.
  • Leading on Health and Safety matters as it relates to offices and meeting rooms
  • Strong knowledge using Northgate

Ideal candidate for Customer Service & Office Manager

  • Has experience in a variety of functions involved in Social housing including: repairs, complaints, housing management, service charge
  • Has experience managing a small team
  • Has previously used Northgate
