Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant on a temporary basis for around 2/3 months.

The role would be office based in Glasgow and would be to start ASAP.

Key Tasks:

  1. First point of contact for enquiries from tenants (via telephone and reception) in relation to housing management / tenancy and repairs services.
  2. Welcoming visitors to the office, maintaining diaries and preparing meeting rooms.
  3. Assisting in the completion of housing application forms.
  4. Liaison with housing applicants in relation to the assessment of housing needs.

To be considered for this post you must have excellent communication skills and also have experience within housing.
