Morgan Hunt are currently working with a well-established Housing Association in their search for a permanent Change & Implementation Manager to define, plan and implement the vision and change strategy relating to the future state of Building Safety operations across the organisation.
Job Title: Change & Implementation Manager
Location: Hybrid & London (3 days per week in London Office)
Annual Salary: £60,000 - £68,000

You will be responsible for the assessment, planning and delivery of transitional activities needed to implement new processes, tools and behaviours from projects to operational environments.
You will work with a range of stakeholders to ensure new building compliance capabilities and competencies are swiftly introduced and understood, including through the use of engagement and communication strategies, workshops, training development and delivery as well as knowledge management approaches.
You will also be responsible for assurance activities to monitor business readiness and ensure effective controls and resources are in place to support operations and to monitor progress towards realising agreed benefits.
The successful post-holder an experienced Change Manager with experience delivering and quality assuring organisational change, with a focus on people, culture and process change (ideally with experience in the Housing and/or Regulatory Sector).
You will have a strong understanding of organisational readiness models (e.g. Change Kaleidoscope), change management principles and methodologies (e.g. Change Wheel, 8 Step Change Model) and the ability to use these to effectively navigate the complexities of organisational change (including understanding the appropriate use and limitations of different models/approaches).
You will also have an understanding of analytical models used to assess the external and internal environment such as PESTLE/Porters 5 forces/ SWOT, alongside qualifications in Project/Programme Management (e.g. APM, MSP, Agile). You will have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, as well as experience of working with senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
