Data Scientist (Python)

Morgan Hunt is working with a reputable public sector organisation to recruit a Data Scientist on a contractual basis. This position can be worked from London, Glasgow or Cardiff.
Essential skills and experience:
* Expertise in Python - e.g. pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, pyspark.
* Proved ability to pull data from APIs, perform data cleansing, and apply data set transformations for analysis using Python.
* Experience with the Azure cloud, particularly with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Machine Learning.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
The role:
* 4 month contract Inside IR35
* Daily rate negotiable
* London, Glasgow or Cardiff based
* Hybrid working: 1 day a week in the office
* The right to work in the UK - no sponsorship can be provided
