We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a highly respected local property consultancy in Edinburgh, the role would focus on commercial, estates and rural based projects. If you are seeking a role with a diverse range of work, as well as full support with APC development then this opportunity would be ideal. The organisation have an excellent local reputation within the Scottish market and provide a range of professional services.

- Work with one of the top specialist building consultancies in the market, learning from experienced qualified colleagues.
- You will have the opportunity to work on local projects, covering project management, contract administration, dilapidation's, ppm's, pre-acquisition surveys and more.
- Receive professional support with your APC, and importantly the correct work which allows you to cover the competences aligned to the APC exam.
- Progress with the business in a sensible timescale working your way to a more senior level role with independence.
