Fixed Term - March 2024

Hybrid working (some travel into the office in Manchester or Huddersfield may occasionally be required)

Hours - flexible, full- and part-time hours available

The client

Morgan Hunt are delighted to be working with a social enterprise that offers a unique and exciting opportunity to support the implementation and delivery of an innovative programme delivering floating support services to vulnerable people in West Yorkshire, enabling individuals to achieve independence and helping reduce homelessness in the area. The programme works with 6,000 vulnerable people in Kirklees, helping them to secure accommodation and giving them the skills required to sustain these tenancies independently over time.

The role - Programme Administrator

This role will report to the Service Manager. The focus of your role will be to work alongside the Management Team, supporting the coordination of the administrative needs. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of office management, facilitating organisation of contract review meetings, minute taking and location bookings along with diary management and financial administration for the team. Data entry will be a large part of this role, transferring information from new referrals into a system. Other duties will include.

  • Responsible for acknowledging the receipt of referrals into the service.
  • Checking the case management system for accuracy of data for all new referrals
  • Data entry and transfer of information of new referrals within agreed timescales
  • Working collaboratively with the hub Team Leader to identify and highlight urgent referrals.
  • Organising and scheduling internal and external meetings, including booking of rooms and refreshments
  • Taking and producing accurate minutes of meetings as and when required
  • Managing updates for the website
  • Producing monthly newsletter
  • Providing diary management support for the management team
  • General office management
  • Financial and office administration including travel bookings, expenses and data requests.
