The Electrical Installation - Curriculum lead will need to have:

• To provide high-quality teaching and assessment in the subject area
• Ensure an excellent quality of education and training and actively encouraging and promoting student learning and to assist with the management of day-to-day operations of the curriculum area
• A recognised teaching qualification
• Experience of delivering electrical installation courses at Level 1 to Level 3
• A strong understanding of the construction industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
