Executive Support Assistant – 36 hours per week - £29,364 - £32,418 per annum (pay rise pending)

31 days holiday – pro-rata for mid-year starters

Are you a proactive and organised individual looking for a dynamic role in a thriving education environment?  Westminster Adult Education Service is seeking an Executive Support Assistant to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to our Executive team
  • Manage calendars and appointments
  • Take minutes from various Committees
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentations
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Assist in organising meetings and events
  • Complete short research projects

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
