Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with a prestigious further educational college in Kent to help employ an experienced engineering professional on a full-time temporary contract for their Higher education engineering technician role, if you are looking for a new job apply with your most updated CV today.
This role would suit candidates who have recently graduated from Higher Education in the fields of Engineering, or Civil Engineering or Construction and The Built Environment but might not have industry experience.
The Ideal Higher education engineering technician will responsible for:
- Support students in the completion of their practical work under the direction of members of the teaching staff and be committed to promoting the college's commitment to best practice in equality
- To maintain the construction workshops and associated equipment and provide support to students and staff
- Responsibilities for stock control and monitoring
The Ideal Higher education engineering technician will need:
- Civil Engineering or Construction or Built Environment HE qualifications
- Available to work 5 days a week
- Have the ability to engage different learners through a range of teaching resources
- Have a valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
