Job description

Morgan Hunt are currently working with a leading FE College based in London who are currently seeking to appoint a Level 5 HR Assessor. The HR Assessor will be responsible for organising, allocating and supervising student placements against agreed standards of competence using a range of assessment methods, giving feedback on assessment decisions and contribute to the quality assurance process. This is a full time temporary ongoing position.


The HR Assessor will be responsible for:

  • Developing and agreeing realistic plans for learning and assessment with students, including the identification of different needs.
  • Planning the assessment process with students, tutors and relevant stakeholders including establishing employer participation
  • Monitoring the feedback & support on assessment decisions, including delivery of underpinning knowledge 4. Contributing to the internal and external quality assurance process



The HR Assessor will need to have:

  • Level 5 qualification or equivalent in a HR
  • Industry experience within a HR Background
  • An assessing qualification
