We are currently looking for Learning Support Assistant's for a number of colleges based across London.

Job Role: Leaning Support Assistant

Start Date:ASAP

Location 1:Langley

Location 2: Maidenhead

Hourly Rate: £14 - £15 per hour

Learning Support Assistant: Mainstream

• Helping Students to understand instructions. Ensuring pupils feel comfortable and confident in their own abilities.
• Supporting Students in all areas of education for example Maths and English GCSE.
• Safeguarding students while in an education environment
• managing Students behaviour

Learning Support Assistant: Mainstream

Shifts: Full Time and Part Time days available.

Pay rate: £14 an hour

Qualifications/Experience: minimum of GCSE Maths and English

SEND Learning Support Assistant: Special educational needs (SEN)

• Supporting teachers to help children with special educational needs and disabilities.
• Supporting Students in all areas of education for example Maths and English GCSE.
• Following a child's care plan (providing personal care needs)

SEND Learning Support Assistant: (SEN)

Shifts: Full Time and Part Time days available.

Pay rate: £15 an hour

Qualifications/Experience: Willing to provide Personal Care and to be confident with supporting with Maths and English.

The Successful Candidate will have:

• A basic understanding of Special Educational Needs and behaviour management.
• Have a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs by ensuring delivery of the curriculum in a way that maximises children's achievement and ability to develop.
• Experience in a similar role is valuable, but not essential.
