The Mechanical & Materials engineering lecturer will ideally need to have:
- Experience teaching BTEC Level 3, A-Level and T-Level engineering courses to full time students
- A recognised teaching qualification
- Industry qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
- A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential
