Role: Multi-Skills lecturer
Location: Kent
Permanent Salary: £40,000 per annum with perks & benefits of the job
Temporary hourly rate: upto £38 per hour - PAYE & Umbrella options available
Contract Type: Full-time & part-time temporary & permanent contract available

Morgan Hunt is delighted to continue working with a prestigious further educational college in Kent to help employ an experienced multi trade construction professional for their Multi-Skills lecturer role. If you are looking for a temporary or permanent position, do not hesitate to get in touch.
The role involves delivering the C&G 6291 Multi-Skills course. Subject areas are bricklaying, carpentry, tiling, electrical and plumbing. If you are not too comfortable with a particular trade but are with others, please do still apply.
The Multi-Skills lecturer will need to have:
- A recognised teaching qualification
- Experience of delivering Multi-Skills courses
- A strong understanding of the construction industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
- A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential
