Personal Assistant
Temp to Perm
Bromley, Orpington and Greenwich
£19.11 per hour plus holiday pay
08:00 to 5:00pm, 5 days on site
Morgan Hunt are working with an outstanding college who are seeking a Personal Assistant to join their team on a temporary to perm basis. You will be supporting the Senior Management with various admin duties.
Main Duties:
As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for the below:
- Diary management, Mailbox management, scheduling meetings and booking hospitality
- Preparing boards/committee documents before meetings, minute taking and updating relevant members of actions processed
- Updating trackers, putting together data, supporting with policy writing and ensuring team deadlines are met
- Assisting with corporate events and committee meetings
Requirements:
As a Personal Assistant you must have the below:
- Must have extensive Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience
- Essential to have a car
- Proven experience of working as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role within the Education Sector
- Ability to be proactive in a fast paced environment
- Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft
