Project Coordinator
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Start Asap - November 2023
Romford
Monday - Friday - 09:0am - 5:00pm 1 month on site then hybrid
Morgan Hunt are working with an outstanding College in Romford who are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. You will be supporting senior management with senior management with planning, delivery and various admin duties.
Main Duties:
As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the below:
- Booking meetings, managing documents in a confidential matter, handling the quality assurance for compliance and contracts with accuracy
- Preparing documents before meetings, innovative suggestions to improve projects, and diary management
- Coordinate research to reestablish credentials in Higher Education, mailbox management as well as liaise with external and external stakeholder
- Updating the database, minute taking and updating relevant team of action taken
Requirements:
As a Project Coordinator you must have the below:
- Must have extensive experience within Quality Assurance, The Student Office,
- Proven experience of working on projects and proving impacting ideas.
- Ability to be proactive in a fast paced environment.
- Strong IT skills e.g Microsoft.
