Finance Business Partner
Morgan Hunt is working with a healthcare organisation who are looking at recruiting a Finance business partner. The perfect candidate should be fully qualified accountant or qualified by experience , who is currently in a similar role and NHS experience. This 3 month hybrid role is based in Southend day rate is PAYE and up to £40.18 including holiday pay.
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:
- Production of the division's monthly financial position within monthly timetables
- Production of income and expenditure accounts for the individual divisions.
- Compilation of detailed variance analysis to explain deviations from budgets. Assisting divisions with financial recovery plans.
- Production of detailed year end forecasts in accordance with Trust standards and timetables
- To work in collaboration with Divisions and other departments to continually improve the effectiveness of performance monitoring systems.
- Providing variance analysis and information to support data submissions to directors
Previous Skills and Experience of the Finance Business Partner:
- Financial management accountancy experience , preferably with NHS finance experience
- Highly developed IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite, understanding ongoing development of complex spreadsheets and modelling tools
- Accuracy with attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Ability to liaise with and communicate with staff at all levels, and from a variety of disciplines within the Trust and from outside, in both oral and written forms.
- Advanced ability to use Excel, Word PowerPoint and Financial accounting packages with experience in e-financials general ledger
