Job description
Morgan Hunt is currently partnering with a Membership Body to recruit a Project Officer on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role will support the Quality Improvement team, focusing on peer-review networks and accreditation programs. The position is full-time, requiring 35 hours per week, with a hybrid work arrangement: 3 days from home and 2 days in the East London office. The pay rate is £22.40 per hour (umbrella).
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and oversee the collection of data from services, including registering new services and supporting them in using the online data collection portal.
- Lead a team of reviewers during visits to mental health services, facilitating group discussions with clinicians, service users, and carers.
- Travel regularly across the UK to visit mental health services and attend meetings. This may include overnight stays and will require a degree of flexibility during periods of increased workload.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in conducting clinical audits, quality improvement work, or equivalent experience such as research.
- Previous administrative experience within a Membership Body or Health Service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
