Fire Safety Contract Manager

Up to £63,000 per annum

Summary

Morgan Hunt are working with a leading social housing provider, currently looking for a Fire Safety Contracts Manager to join their Fire Safety team.

You will be responsible for delivering a rolling programme of Passive Fire Safety works in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contracts and works are delivered within budget and pre agreed time constraints.
• Ensure there is a high level of customer and client satisfaction.
• Effectively manage and supervise staff, ensuring projects are being delivered successfully.
• Undertake a range of property surveys, prepare specifications and schedules of works for tender.

About you

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, IFE, Fire Qualification NEBOSH fire or equivalent.
• Experience in Building Surveying or construction experience delivering a customer focused service.
• Experience of project managing and delivering major works and service contracts especially in relation to Passive Fire Safety Works, fire door repair & replacement programmes, fire stopping, and compartmentation works Criteria 2.
• Experience of contract management of fire doorcompartmentation specialists.
• Knowledge of procurement and different forms of contract.
• Experience in Budget Management and Controls.
• Ability to use the appropriate IT tools to produce reports, documents, emails, including using Excel and Word to compile reports for different audiences.
