Job description
We have a current opportunity for a Deputy Head of Estates on a one year fixed term contract. The position will be based in Walthamstow.
I am working with Waltham Forest College (Walthamstow) to help identify an Estates Manager / Deputy Head of Estates - circa £60-65k.
It will be for a one year fixed term - London
Further Education Sector
Can you support the Head of Estates with projects and capital spend projects around the campus for a 12 months FTC. You will need to be experienced in:
Estates Management
Project Management
Overseeing Budgets
Experience of delivering energy & sustainability initiatives
Solid H&S knowledge
Managing 3rd Party relationships
Facilities coordination
